RETURN POLICY

The buyer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before its transfer, and after the transfer of the goods – within 14 days.

The return of goods of proper quality is possible if the item has not been used and its presentation and a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified product have been preserved.

The goods must be carefully packed and the following documents must be attached:

  • Return form;
  • A copy of the passport (or other identity document);
  • A copy of the payment receipt.

Refunds are made using the Boxberry courier service. To do this, write to us journey@journeyclothes.ru after specifying the order number, address and time when it is convenient to pick up the goods, print out the return application, fill it out and attach it to the parcel.

Refund methods:

  • if the order is paid in cash to the courier, the refund is made only to the Bank Account of the buyer who is indicated in the return form;
  • in case of non-cash payment, it is carried out directly to the account from which the payment was made.

The refund is carried out after receiving and checking the goods within 2-3 working days, but not later than 10 (ten) days from the date of submission of the relevant claim by the Buyer.

If the item is of inadequate quality or the wrong thing has arrived, please write to us at journey@journeyclothes.ru , specify the number, date and amount of the order, as well as a description of the defect, attaching a photo. We will contact you immediately.
